Concern Hotline is a 24-hour, 7 days a week, information and referral service that also handles crisis calls. They often serve as the first point of contact providing crisis intervention and sucide prevention for individuals in need. Unfortunately, crisis can affect anyone at any time. The need for emotional support or referral assistance is something most individuals encounter at some point in their lives. Staff and volunteers are available 24/7/365 to listen and help individuals in need.

The United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley publishes "The Community Services Directory." The directory is a 190 page resource book made possible by volunteer assistance through Northern VA Daily and produced as a community service by RR Donnelley.
